    Huge counselling support network, enabling those in distress to find a counsellor close to them and appropriate for their needs.The website also contains a number of sections on emotional disorders (types of distress section) and provides some useful statistics. Every counsellor on the site who has submitted their profile has either sent a copy of their qualifications and insurance cover to the Counselling Directory, or is registered with a professional body online with recognised codes of ethics and practice.

  • Building Safe Relationships
    Resource pack with lesson plans. The 'Building Safe Relationships Programme (BSR) aims to provide a framework for children and young people to explore and establish safety strategies and develop support mechanisms to address, challenge and prevent domestic violence both now and in the future. All high schools have received a free pack and we have a supply of packs for primary schools who attend a training session. (Watch 'Events' section or see INSET training calendar for dates).
